See if the computer is a 32 bit machine. The default path in the SED/IXDLL options is for 64 bit machines. If it is 32 bit, remove the "(x86)" from the driver file path in the SED/IXDLL options.
- To access the SED options in XrayVision 4, click the Tools menu at the top, selecting Hardware Options
Double click on Carestream Universal Direct
The path for the Kodak Acquisition SDK Location is halfway down the window. - To access the IXDLL options in DCV or XVCapture, select Advanced User Tools from the main menu, click Preferences and type in the password "AKRON" without quotes, then click OK
Select Imaging Extensions from the left side towards the bottom, click the red caret (>) next to Digital X-ray Image Capture and select Kodak Universal Digital X-ray
Click on Miscellaneous Settings on the left which then places the Kodak Acquisition SDK Location near the bottom of the right-hand side

Check to see if the sensor will ready in the Carestream test program located in C:\Program Files(x86)\Common Files\Trophy\Acquisition. Program is called "AcquisitionSampleAdvanced.exe".

Once the test program is open, click Refresh, then select IO from the first drop down
Select the bottom option within the next drop down list, then click Acquire

- Try running as administrator and verify all permissions are set correctly.
