"Invalid Serial Number" Error Message

When attempting to capture using a Gendex, Dexis, or KaVo sensor you receive an error stating Invalid Serial Number, most likely the correction files for that sensor have not been installed on the local PC. Please refer to Step 3 of Integrating Gendex/Dexis/KaVo Sensors and Cameras for further troubleshooting steps.
