After updates to the DEXIS IO Sensor Drivers to version 4.0.0 The DEXIS Polaris style sensors (Ti2, IXS, and Titanium) are no longer seen in Apteryx Online Capture. Sensor will work in XVCapture with no issues.
- Confirm DEXIS sensor is being detected by GxPicture. The sensor icon will be green when detected.
- Apteryx Online Capture will not have any DEXIS sensor in the drop down menu.
- Confirm currently running DEXIS IO Sensor Drivers 4.0.0.
- Uninstall DEXIS IO Sensor Drivers 4.0.0
- Rename the following folders: C:\ProgramData\DEXIS Imaging\Polaris & C:\Program Files (x86)\DEXIS Imaging\Polaris
- Restart the computer.
- Install DEXIS IO Sensor Drivers 3.1.0: DEXIS_IO_Sensor_Drivers.3.1.0.26.zip
- Test to confirm sensor is now displayed in Apteryx Online Capture. When testing the sensor make sure the the tube-head is pointing at the flat side of the the sensor and the tube-head is 5-6 inches away from the sensor.
