If you are logged in for more than 2 hours with no significant action taken (e.g. navigating to a different patient), your account will be automatically logged out. Users are informed by the toast notification above letting them know they will/have been logged out due to inactivity. This functionality cannot be disabled or modified due to regulatory requirements. Upon logging back in, you will be returned to the screen you last had open.
There is a checkbox below that gives users the option to stay logged in for 24 hours.
- If the checkbox is checked, the user will be able to stay inactive for 24 hours and then is logged out.
- If the checkbox is unchecked, the user will be able to stay inactive for 2 hours and then is logged out.
