Schick AE / 33 USB 3.0 devices not working in XVCapture

The newer Schick AE / 33 USB 3.0 remotes and sensors will work with our legacy Schick extension in XVCapture with the Schick AE / 33 USB 3.0 Interface Driver.  The requirements would be:
  1. Make sure IOSS / Intraoral Sensor Software is uninstalled in Windows
  2. Download the 2 components in the screenshot below: 
    1. Click this link: Schick Brand Software
    2. Go to the Schick Sensor Legacy - Discontinued Products with No Support section and open it.
    3. Download the 2 options outlined in the screenshot above.
  3. Make sure Schick Driver v5.16 is installed
    1. 2nd option in box in the screenshot is the correct download
  4. Install the Schick AE / 33 USB 3.0 Interface Driver as mentioned above and in the screenshot below.
  5. Make sure the Schick 33 enhancement is enabled: Schick Recommended Image Quality – Apteryx
    1. Also ensure that CDR Autodetect is enabled.
    2. If crashing issue occurs, use this article: Enabling Schick Enhancement crashes XVCapture – Apteryx
    3. Can use 1 CDRSettings.xml file located at C:\ProgramData\Schick Technologies\CDR and copy to other workstations after set up properly on 1 PC.  This copies over the Schick legacy driver settings to other PCs without manually needing to check.
  6. If in doubt, uninstall everything Schick/Sirona/IOSS related EXCEPT for Sidexis if installed.  Reinstall only the Schick 5.16 driver and the AE / 33 USB 3.0 interface driver.  Test the hardware again in XVCapture.
